The introduction of SIA Licenses,Taxi and Car Hire Licenses etc is for any person or company contracted to operate a service that is qualified for the protection of life and property. It’s exactly the same as you have your driving license - you obey the rules of the highways and respect other motor users - you do not disrespect in anyway other motorists or pedestrians etc. There are still a minority of people who do not research the public law, people seem to want to interfere with other people. I’m in my seventies I live in a nice area of Madeira,Portugal - I lived in the UK for fifty years. Here we do not interfere with whatever other neighbours are doing or saying - we go about out daily lives with ease…….. When I moved into my lovely house here in July 2023 the next morning after moving in neighbours had left at our front door various fruit,veg and wine - we didn’t know for a month which neighbours had been kind. We all bid each other a good day or have the occasional chat etc. we’re respectful to other and with humour. Live and let live I say it’s easier 😂

When you're out in public you can film anything you can see with your eyes, fair enough, but I don't know how else you're going to see something other than with your eyes, it also begs the question, is a blind person allowed to film in public?
