Yo! That deep “Eeee” is produced by the ventricular (false) folds. It’s very similar to mongolian throat singing, the difference mostly being the overtones produced by the mouth shape. It uses the same muscles that you use when you try to clear your throat. John T (the guy on the right) in particular is a master of the sound. Some other notable people are Codfish, Reeps One, Bigman, and well…. A lot of beatboxers 😂.

Fun fact Jairo recently competed at the 2023 Grand beatbox battle in tag team in October. this is basically the world championship of beatbox. I highly recommend you check out the loop station battles from the event as all the battles have released and its some of the most entertaining music content I've seen in a while. Robin vs dice or josh o vs matej are great introduction videos, that category is closers to live DJing than beatbox

It sounded like a really subtle mix of Kargyraa (throat bass, made with the false folds) and Sygyt (the overtone "whistle")

I suggest looking at D-Low and the videos he's got on his channel. He's got some solid videos on how to make different sounds. First bass was a lip roll, longer deep bass was a "throat bass" but you can think of it like Mongolian throat singers
