ive got a friend who as a take away chinese he told me the tricks bbq ribs chinese gaaze powder one heaped teaspoon of cinnamon powder one large tablespoon of sugar and 2 large table spoons of sweet hoisin sauce but you will need at least 5 good table spoons of chinese glaze and in a large pan cover the ribs by at least 4 inches of water and cover and boil for at least an hour then remove the lid and simmer down johnney wok

Finally got round to doing this today Andy wow it’s a winner that is,my missis said best ever also the other day did a Korma with Tongmaster Korma paste I added a bit of this and that because that’s what I do it was a lovely curry.

Just looked up Tongmaster here is about $30 for a 500g bag.Looked very nice though Andy.I though air fryers were supposed to be quick,those shoulder chops would have taken 10 minutes in the pan on my stove top,and it took 50 minutes in the air fryer?I don’t know about pork belly,as it’s too fat a cut for me to eat,at least that’s how it comes here.I have never bought an air fryer,as they are expensive to run,my gas range is much cheaper,and it looks as if quicker.😊

I think it depends what you are cooking in them, I do prefer to do my pork longer so you get it nice and tender with that sticky glaze, that $30 for 500g is that with postage?

That looks fantastic fat Andy, i think i would add a tablespoon of that red chinese char Sui paste , a little crushed sichuan peppers because I like heat, a little soy sauce and pineapple juice and a pinch of brown sugar. Marinade pork overnight and airfry half and make stewed pork hotpot with the other half. I reckon that will be restaurant quality with those added touches. Delicious with jasmine rice and steamed pak choi in a little oyster sauce. Perfect homemade Chinese dinner. 😂😂😂🎉🎉

@deantaylor7028 no worries, I ordered the and paid for the first two after a couple of my subscribers recommended it, I did the Doner kebab one, and the views and the feedback was immense, it was only my subscribers who contacted the company to let them know I had done this video, the company then got in contact with me via email, thanking me and said they would like to send me some seasonings to try, I don’t have to review them if I don’t want to but I’m am because i want to let my followers know what they are like, if I get one that I don’t like then I will say so, but then it will be my own personal opinion, but yeah that’s how it is an honest review in my opinion, if you like anything like that then I do personally recommend it 👍
