I've had the SE for a half a year and the truedots for 1 year soundpeats is fucking amazing and I hope they keep their budget nature because even those headphones they could charge what Anker charges but they don't and I hope they keep to being a budget or they make the same headphones for the low end but maybe make stuff to compete with the Sony's at a higher price 75-100$ range.

Provided these have the TWS+ connection type, do these also support mono mode if you're going to use one earphone individually? Also, how is the connection process? Do they show up as a pair when in connection mode or do they appear individually (left/right are separate devices)? If so, can you theoretically connect one earphone to one device and the other earphone to another device? Great review, I'm kinda stoked for these.

SoundPeats is really starting to become one of the best TWS Bluetooth Earbud companies that ANYONE can depend on getting a good, strong, well built, great sounding Earbud regardless of your budget. Definitely worth anyone taking a serious look at. Once again, NO Qi Wireless charging is downer. For me, charge an extra $5 if you need to so that your Earbuds have Qi wireless charging. Questions ... Most of the earbuds that 'don't depend on each other' also do not shut off when pressing only one side. Some earbuds don't even let you shut them off by pressing, period. You have to put them in the charger to shut some models off. Is this the case with these, or can you shut these off by a single long press on either earbud? Another thing I am running into - On some models I have, every now and then, I get serious volume drop off. My Sabbat E12 ultra did it on the ride home today (motorcycle commuter). I wear a 3\4 helmet so it's pretty easy in. I'm wondering is that a phase of maybe weak Bluetooth signal? A number of pairs have done this. I have some experimenting to do. I'll move the phone from my chest pocket to my trunk and see if it's repeatable. What are your thoughts? I have Soundpeats TrueFree 2. I like them. They're comfortable for being a tad larger which tells me they care about ear shape design. Very clean sound, but not loud enough. Also do not mind the physical buttons as they have a crisp click. Very nice. But like you said, very clean at max volume. I'm tempted to try these you're showing though. I hate the case. Allows no room for aftermarket ear tips. Swaying me to buy these new SE's I would weigh your answers to my questions and decide. I'll tell you what I DO like - my GOGOUP T1's! Love those.

Lost one of my Soundpeats buds awhile back and decided it was time to get a new pair / upgrade. Got these for 40 on amazon. Took about a day and a half, but they feel incredibly natural now. The depth of sound is amazing for this price point. Bass levels are good for Hip-hop and EDM and but not too overpowering for rock / country. Using for about 8 hours a day without a single low battery alert and just using the charging case at night .. big win

Hi. I bought the Truengine 3 SE and just after a week or so of use the volume on the right earbud started to play very low, even when turned to max volume. Compared to the left earbud this was very obvious. I returned the earbuds and bought a new pair. Everything was going ok but just yesterday I stared to notice again a difference on the volume of the right earbud. Has anyone had this problem...? I have the Truengine SE's and have been very pleased with them. Crisp highs and booming bass. I agree that volume could be a little better, especially when cutting grass or noisy situations. I currently have the FIIL T1X, and there are a couple issues. Also, sound quality isn’t an issue, the quality is nice. First, every 3-8 minutes the earbuds turn off then on for 2-3 seconds, which gets annoying. Next, when nothing is being played, the earbuds make a high pitch ringing noise which can also get annoying, although it doesn’t happen too often a Lastly, these earbuds hurt my ear after a while of usage, which really suck since these sound really good. It’s probably a faulty product that I got, but I’m returning them soon.

Of course they have latency, it just depends how significant it is and how okay you're with it. No wireless headphone can avoid this. I don't think these do well for competitive gaming but you'd probably be fine if you use it for casual gaming.

I just bought a pair for myself and I noticed some pretty unusual changes in audio quality. Firstly I paired it with my Oneplus 8T Spotify, the audio is slightly blurry on treble, but the bass is good. Then I paired it with Ipad PRO Spotify, the audio instantly became so much clearer (strangely). So I think the hardware build of this pair of wireless earphones are definitely up for the game, but I am still trying to find a fix for the difference for maybe audio signals between these 2.

I just found my answer, is that Apple devices have better DAC signals than Android phones. To achieve best audio quality on this pair of earphones, you should try pairing it with apple devices and experience yourself!

They sound like that usually because the mics are too far away from your mouth. Stem-style earphones like the Airpods have better clarity because the stem beings the mics closer to your mouth.
