Madam - skilled worker visa with a COS was 38k for 1 year and 42k for 2 years 10 years back when I travelled to the UK from Accenture , I am surprised they reduced it to 26K which invariably means salaries haven’t grown in the UK ..

Hi do you mean the salary threshold accepted for visas? And unfortunately, yes, salaries in the UK for certain roles are not growing as much as one would like.

Thank you for sharing knowledge through youtube videos and bringing awareness in public. I have a question and looking for an answer kindly guide. In Sep 2023 I submitted my study visa application since it took long time for decision and university didn't extend I opted to withdraw my application and it was accepted and got refund. After few months I realised from the documents I submitted for study visa that tenure of my experiences were incorrect in CV submitted and latest organization details were missed out in CV. Now I want to apply for work visa and I am getting fear as my CV will be different with the one submitted in study visa. Also the latest organization I have to update now. What shall I do. Will it cause me any problem. Will they raise any question why CV or experiences are not properly updated. Pls guide.

No it's not possible. You cannot apply for a visa without a CoS. During the application of the visa, there is a part of the form where you have to enter the CoS number.

Hello Ms Ashika . Very imformative video. I hope you could kindly can assist me. I am am an F2 doctor working in the UK USkilled workers visa) I am from Malaysia. My contract expires on Aug 6th 2024. I recently got an offer as a clinical assistant at another nhs trust starting in Sept 7th 2024. My visa expires on Aug 15. So there is a 3 week gap between the expiry and the new start date. Will Homeoffice issue me with a visa with a start date from the date of expiry Aug 15th? Or will i have to go back to my home country to reapply for a new visa. Also if i were to apply for a new visa in the UK, do i have to travel to the vfs office in the London, UK to submit my documets and biometric data? When i was in Malaysia i applied online and had to got the vfs office in Malaysia to submit my documents.
