What about employee who were asked by an employer to pay huge sum sometimes amount thousands of pounds for their cos before 31st December 2024? Even sometimes some sponsored workers are not even getting jobs to cater for their bills. It is making life unbearable. Please we need help. We are dying emotionally

The immigration surcharge is the employer's responsibility. Check the link in my description for more information I am unable to answer your question 😢

Sorry. Need a layman's clarification here. 1. COS is paid by the employer and the employee is not required by law to pay it back? 2. IHS is paid by the employee and how much is it please? 3. Visa charge is paid by the employee/applicant. Thank you. 3. Visa is paid by the employee.
