Hi Ravendra. If you've just moved to the UK, you will not have an NHS number. When you register with your GP for the first time, thats when you get your NHS number.

Your NHS number is not the same as your NI number. If you have any questions about your National Insurance number contact the local office of the Department of Work and Pensions. To find your local office, visit www.dwp.gov.uk.

Hi Riddhi. 1) You need to pay for a health surcharge when applying for a visa. But apart from that you don't need to pay for NHS. 2) Sorry I don't understand
