because density of energy is multiplied only when we give energy ...in both absorption and stimulated emission we gave energy ..but in spontaneous we didn't ...... so in short absorption will happen only when we give energy and if we increase energy rate will increase therfore energy is directly proportional to rate of absorption..... same goes for stimulated emission but in spontaneous no external energy is required....
