I like how it shifts into gali's perspective cause it makes the audience feel what a deaf person sees and feel when they are in a different place of people who can hear. This is now my favorite pinoy romantic movie hands down, the acting, the cinematography, and writing of the characters feels so real, I look forward watching something like this in the future

30 million in one week ang kinita ng movie na ito which is hindi flop pagdating sa mga Indie films! at isa pa nagtataka ung iba bakit daw pinareha si maine kay carlo, HELLO? Carlo Aquino yan! Nakikita ko 'tong movie na 'to na always present pag filip romcom movies pinagu-usapan. When l watched it, l thought to myself, no wonder why. Ang ganda! Di siya sa kilig scene nakafocus, and realistic siya which fits to my liking. This is my first time seeing a filip movie na may sign language. But what amazes me the most is how they were able to convey their emotion through eyes and actions. Ramdam na ramdam. Galing na galing talaga ako sa actors na nagaact na deaf, kasi mahirap and 'di biro 'yon. So very well done ^⁠_⁠^

I took my boards b4 flying to Singspore. Landed a job 17x my salary as an Arch Intern in Manila. Then the results came out - i failed 😢. I never went back. Worked in Singapore for 13.5yrs as the architects's right hand girl. Jumped to Toronto and found a job in my field in less than a week due to my experience in SG. Have been here for 17 yrs na. Right hand girl again and doing my own projects. Have a modest home in Toronto. There is hope amidst hard work and prayers. Although, even in my 50's I'm wondering if i should re-take the board for closure. Ako yung pinaka-matanda for sure! Hahaha!

Start a Start up in the US while studying. US encourage students to do Start ups. When you got your foothold, either stay in the US or come back to the Philippines. Most Indians do that, and they thrive in the US. Some of us Filipinos also start going on that trend. Sometimes, you need to live in another environment for you to grow. I finished my medical studies in Europe, now pursuing masters in the US. Opportunities to grow are vast outside the Philippines . But if you really love the country, come back.
