Hi All,
Back in my studio and this time with a large canvas of 100 cm x 100 cm!
This one took a while to complete, I did not feel happy after I added the white splashes of paint and let the painting alone for a week.
After a week I figured out that the light purple was bothering me and I wanted to cover it up a bit more. And now I am satisfied :)
I hope you enjoy(ed) watching!
Please subsribe and do not forget to click ALL NOTIFICATIONS, so you will get a reminder if I post a new video,THANK YOU!

I am so sorry for your loss❣️ I understand its hard to miss your best friend and mom😔 I lost my mother in 2019 and I miss her deeply 😓 She didnt paint but was very creative in her own way and I she loved to see my paintings. I made a painting a few weeks after she died en it still hangs in my livingroom. Its video nr7 " Tranguility of Soul" After it was finished I saw in the white paint a women looking over her shoulder and I believe it her..looking back to me.

You are using water to dilute and drip. The acrylic medium in the paint will not adhere well. The acrylic paints might peel or flake off the canvas. Replace the water with acrylic air spray medium. You’ll thank me in 10-15 years….(or less).

Hi Marilyn, thank you for watching! I use canvas and yes I spray water to dilute the paint. I started painting in 2018. I started with pouring/ fluid art as you can see on my channel a few video's of that technique. In 2019 I started painting abstract and yes I teach myself. I did take a few abstract art classes now and then. But mostly I get inspired by other abstract artist. I hope you will enjoy painting as much as I do 🥰

How do you know when a work is finished or keep from over working a piece?
@MadeForYouArt
@MadeForYouArt Жыл бұрын
Hi Angelique, well that's not easy to know. I just listen to my innerfeeling and stop when I don't know what to do next. And let the painting sit for a while and look at it..and that can take a few days or sometimes weeks. When I feel it needs something else, i do continue and sometimes its much but I keep working on it until its ok. And sometimes I stop because i feel like its finished. My latest painting & video was one that took a while and you can see me going on for layers and layers 😅 But at the end there it was: the final feeling,its finished!

Bonjour, de rien ! Merci d'avoir regardé ❣️ La marque de peinture s'appelle Amsterdam ou Lukas Cryl Studio. Malheureusement, je ne me souviens plus des couleurs que j'ai utilisées.

Why do you pay particular attention to certain details and then cover n up completely? It makes no sense at all.

Its just part of my process 😊 I am not the only one. Lots of abstract painters have layers on top of layers, in the end its how i feel about it and others can feel different about it. 😊 Its not right or wrong i believe, but thats just my opinion

I don't know how much talent is involved, anyone can do this.

I understand your sentiments here. Did you know that most artists that do abstract painting can also draw and paint realistic and detailed art (even anatomy)? They did not just woke up one day and decided to randomly splash paint on a canvass and call it a finished painting. It's all about the self-expression from the artists. Anyone can paint but not everyone is a talented painter that truly understands how textures, forms, patterns, and colors work. ☺
