Abstract color layering process for 'A ride in the carousel' painting

Setting the mood with a combination of blue hues, followed with a joyous whirl of colors and hues of a carousel ride. Continued adding more and more layers of these fun colors, and I named the painting - “A Ride in a Carousel” and it is exactly how it felt working on it. I hope these glimpses of my process took you on a carousel ride too!
And don’t forget, I’ve hidden some letters and numbers throughout the artwork. Some are obvious, some not so much, all related to my name and my age 🎉🧩 It’s like a little treasure hunt waiting for you!

hi! you use old paintings as a mixing palette? is it because you will build on that texture later on or because you plan to discard them?

Yes, Because I will build the texture over them and I will always paint over. I won't discard the paintings :) It adds character
