Thank you so much for this video, Susan. I have had a note to myself to learn about intuitive painting/drawing as a way of emotional processing. You have beautifully shared and provided insight and the "how to". Was glad to hear you use the word "messy"---it felt almost like a sense of being allowed to be messy! An art teacher (with oils) many years ago told me, "It (painting) isn't supposed to be painful!" Thank you. . .and take good care of yourself, ok?
