I watch all of your videos to the end... unless interrupted. You're very helpful in demonstrating how to continue to connect and create even when health issues are extreme and attempting to stop you from creating. I suffer from severe scoliosis, hip issues, gastroparesis, fibromyalgia, lupus and chronic kidney disease. Your channel has helped me tremendously. Without art and creativity I wouldn't be able to cope with the daily severe pain.

Tbh whenever I clean my art space I don't make art for days. Messy studio is a must for me 😭 I especially love the landscapes in the end and hope the pastels come in muted morandi type colors too that'd be awesome 😍

Oh, that would be awesome if they came in more muted colors!! although having said that I was able to mix, muted colors quite easily. it’s so funny how we artists are so different that way. I know there are some creative geniuses who have to have a messy space to work and feel inspired. For me clutter gives me anxiety so I need a tidy space for creative flow. Where did you get those GIANT porcelain pan watercolors???? I looked at your Paul Rubens watercolor video but those were in the standard small half pan format. I want those BIG ones!!!!!! :)

Oil pastels I'm going to make my own clear gesso. It is nothing more than PVA glue and grit. My grit will be pumice. I bought Critter Bath at PetCo for cheap. I've used it with regular gesso to make surfaces for my dry pastels.

Are you sure they aint oil paint sticks? It literally says on the stick that it's oil paint. And they dry like oil paint, not like oil pastels. (I bought some also) I believe they are oil paint sticks. BTW, I just subscribed. I love your channel!

Hi, thanks for subscribing! I am a collaborator with Paul Rubens and I assure you the sticks I demonstrated in this video are Paul Rubens Haiya oil pastels. The representative from Paul Rubens told me that the labels were misprinted due to the translation from Chinese to English. These oil pastel sticks do not dry, they act exactly the same way as the Haiya oil pastels. Also oil sticks have a very strong smell, and since these are not made from oil paint they have no smell at all. I hope that information helps. 🖍️📚💕
