I deadass got this exact setup but with lump of coal (and different damage and tear ups) on a keeper greedier run on the following seed

I did play with the greed mode alt paths mod, and I might have taken some of the hidden items idr
excuse the lag, that's just because OBS hates binding of isaac for some reason
