She needs to leave ABT asap and move to a company where she'll have constant opportunities to perform principal roles. ABT with its 32 week year, glut of mediocre principals taking all performing opportunities, limited rep and limited performance schedule isn't a place for someone who has what it takes to be a prima. Hurlin is also 25 now, time's getting on if she wants to make that leap to where she could be.
