As you go down the song list in the Popular Monster album, you will see the suit in Ronald, and then in Watch the World Burn. Ronny put the songs onto the album in the order they need to be watched/listened to. The story he is telling is clear once you hear/watch the songs. He closes things up on the album with Last Resort (reimagined).
