Anyone who wants to know the truth about something can do a search to find the origin of the picture. The full-length picture has all of those people standing in front of a building for a dining and reception hall for New Syria. It has the flag of the opposition on it. There are so many rebel groups in Syria. People who don't know much about the Syrian conflict assume any rebel group is lSIS. That particular picture is in relation to the Syrian Emergency Task Force, a pro-opposition group and FSA. lSIS doesn't even wear clothes like that, nor are they fighting for the Free Syria opposition and they don't use that flag.
