I don’t know if still care to know the answer after 7 months You just need to know how to get out of the chopper then you can pull something in your life jacket and you will float

Also, the red helmets are worn by people who can't swim, to help the lifeguards focus on them. I recently completed this, and I can't swim. It was a nightmare, but I pulled through. 😂💔
