How do you see where you are living? How do you perceive your city? Does it inspire you? For me, cities are reflections of their inhabitants, individuals who have taken the courage to call it home.
Three things define a city for me, the design, the nature, and the people's aspirations, and I call this the DNA.
So I have decided to adventure in my city, where I currently reside, Abuja, the Federal Capital of Nigeria, with my camera to reveal its sights, sounds, rumbles, and all that reveals its hidden beauty.
Come with me on this ride.
I want to say a big thank you to the following;
‪@centenarycity4224‬ ‪@wtcabuja5324‬ @jabilakemall ,
and also to my camera man and director @gberjeffrey and drone pilot @Wodaphostudios
‪@BBCAfrica‬ ‪@cnnangola5587‬ ‪@aljazeeraenglish‬ ‪@ChannelsTelevision‬

Nigerian leaders should invest more in super quality road markings. Abuja would be more beautiful if all the roads in the city has thick quality road markings.

I wake everyday to my ambition to be and become. Wow. The DNA, the energy, the road network in Abuja is interwoven; complex but easy to access. The doom and stadium are significantly sited. Abuja is seriously expanding I really had an unparalleled excitement seeing the centenary city, when shall it be open to public pleeese. I have so much ideas and dreams running through my mind watching the C.city. I'm so empowered watching this. Thank you 'word Master. Thanks for sharing 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾❤️

Lagos has comfortably situated itself as the worst livable city in Africa. I hope Nigeria will put in concerted efforts be make sure Abuja does not become a jungle of any sort. Yes, it takes a lot of hard work and spending public and taxpayers fund in the proper way. key attention must be paid to city services like public water, public school and health, waste management, street lighting, drainage services, Ambulance and emergency services, Fire services, Security etc. Enough green areas and different kinds of parks. Nigerian govt should hold Abuja by the horns o! Secondly, please, and please let us stop cementing the idea that the livability of a city is 100% defined by the aesthetics of its beautiful aerial view. A whole lot is involved.
