I would like to add that Maya has made a great garden on her mountain land, she walks to town, going up or down that mountain, and really lives an enchanted life, down to basics and down to the in the real sense of the word, and she is a great Lady, she walks her talk... Thank Jessie for the interview and the diversity of speakers you choose to give the viewers a good idea of Vilcabamba.

Maya is so modest when Jesse says that "her food is delicious, real world class and so good food" I'm convinced that her food is so delicious because I have eaten in NJ, US Corean food and I loved it. I encourage everybody to visit her in SAN PEDRO DE VILCABAMBA. Jesse If you can show us a little bit around where are you making the interview, would be great to have an idea how it is there. Great interview!

Could you modify the notes to include hours restaurant is open? I remember it's only 2 days, but didn't take notes and don't want to go through 40 minute interview again to find out.
