Thank you for the house tour! I really think the dining table and chairs are cute! I would keep them and just paint them in white or a light grey if I wanted a change. Same with other things or cabinets. I think painting is fun and the result of a color change can be amazing. It can also save a lot of money instead of buying new items. For a sofa you often can buy a new cover instead of buying a completely new. A minimalistic way of thinking, and a great way to save money and environment instead of buying new all the time. 😊 What a lovely and beautiful bath room! I think you nailed it. It is so soothing when it is just plain white, and like you have; without clutter and extra stuff. I am going more and more in that direction to, and our home is really calming and nice now. You always inspire. Thank you so much! 💕

Hi Sarah 3 years already. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Sarah you said your house might not be aesthetically pleasing but Jake and you have your own personal style and that's what makes your home special. That's what I like most about you and your channel you're down-to-earth. Sending you hugs ❤

Thanks for the tour Sarah 👍 I can't believe it has been 3 years! I remember you're first tour! I like fairy lights too, very ambient 😊 Good job on aligning your pictures, very appealing to my eye 👏 Storage for those taller household and oddity items can be challenging so having a spot is useful! 😊 Look forward to your storage video.

Thanks for sharing with us today Sarah, I was always confused about how much furniture a minimalist owns, now I know I am doing ok. I love fairy lights as well and the colour of your bedroom looks great. I always wondered where you had those lovely Ikea pictures, they make a great backdrop when you are filming.

Nice tour, Sarah! I can see why you enjoy keeping your surfaces as minimal as possible; it definitely makes cleaning easier! I wonder if that chair in the corner of the dining room however could benefit from having a fake (or real) plant beside it? It looks kind of lonely just sitting there...

I loved the home tour. I am actually GRATEFUL for no basement or attic (Florida) because it forces me to not store needless items as I did in previous homes (yikes). I also enjoy minimalism because it allows my house to BREATHE.......I can quickly swiffer or mop right up against the baseboards & don't have to move items away from the walls in order to complete that task. It's healthier! I do look forward to your storage ideas since we are in the same situation as having no basement or attic.

Your condo is bigger than most UK houses. We have a large flat that is about 800sq ft, it feels bigger than the 2 bed house we lived in before with a conservatory. I’ve done my best to declutter but sometimes it just feels cramped but I’m gonna have another go and see how far I can get.

Thank you! They don't fit very well and are a little unwieldy getting back there, and we aren't bothered by where they are now.

Why a defuser in the bathroom? Isn't it wet enough in there?

The essential oils make it smell great, and the central location of it makes the other rooms smell like the essential oils as well! Also, a diffuser only adds a fraction of the moisture to a room compared with our humidifier (only about a half cup of water versus six cups of water per day!)
