My advice for you is not to make lengthy videos like 17 or 30 minutes. Keep your videos to 5-6 minutes. As you know, people have got used to TikTok, Instagram reels, etc., so they have lost their stamina for watching long videos. If you make lengthy videos, they won't even touch them or watch for a minute or two, as they might get bored or receive messages on WhatsApp or notifications from Facebook, etc. I hope you get my point.

I am a resident of USA since 6 years and haven’t seen Flag Staff Car so far. The only protocol I have seen so far is given to An Ambulance, Firefighting Vehicle, on its siren ever vehicle in the vicinity freezes. Police Vehicles only blows its siren only when moving on 911 call. Next one is School Bus if it stops to drop the children no vehicle can over take it they traffic has to stop behind till it moves. That’s it.
