Another thing that helps alot with seeing the spire and hopefully not insta-killing it is if u have detect evil from the tincture ascendency it shows u a minimap icon for the spire which is different from that of rare monsters

With the CIP swap, what makes it a lot easier is having your CWS DD in your Fulcrum so that when you swap to CIP you can no longer acquire new ignites. Then when a spire spawns, dragging some enemies away from the spire, getting a small ignite on yourself with DD, swapping to CIP, and then just running up to the spire and standing still which slowly burns it down to ~40 - 60% HP. Once everything has spawnned just swap back to Fulcrum. The only time this doesn't work is if you kill a mob with DD and proc your 500% explode, in this case you just give the spire a little smooch to lower it to 50% and then move away from it to not kill it. Doing this I've lost

So you equip Invictus and CIP on your weapon swap with DD on your fulcrum. Then, as soon as the spyre spawn, you run away, getting ignite on yourself, weapon swap, and run to the spire to let its hp drop to 40%, then lure mob outside and kill, is it correct?

@@chaseliou1070 Once spire HP drops to ~50% you can just wait for it to spawn all the mobs (Should be 3 - 4 waves) and then just swap back to Fulcrum and blow them all up. Don't really need to lure them away once all waves have spawned.

For builds that have a lot of off screen/worried if it gets ignited, as long as you have enough ignite duration so that you're already ignited for a bit, you can just weapon swap to a cold iron for a bit and it should stop the ignite from doing anything

if u have problems with killing t7 spires as tornado shot i recommend adding lv1 greater multi proj to ur tornado link instead mirage archer for lowering dps :)

For the peeps interested on how to do the Math for Delirium damage reduction and convert it to eHP : 100% delirious VS unique enemies = 80% damage reduction. You take the Base health and divide it by (1 - damage reduction) -> 100 / (1 - 0.80) -> 100 / 0.20 so 500% total HP. And like Mike pointed it out, be careful guys with the "More life" because 500% more life would be 100 * (1+ 500%) so 600% hp ! Hope y'all have a great day or night and stay sane exiles

If it's near a wall it can get all sorts of buggy with less volleys, endless spawning even after it's gone, another issue is going into a map with 3 guaranteed abyss but only getting 1, seems to happen on maps I get rituals.

i thought about that too, i always somehow kill the spire with my ignite prolif, it basicly shoots a trail of mobs that then prolif to it even if i stand far away. but NOT using ignite prolif feels kinda dumb. honestly i will just put out the cluster that gives me prolif for the abysses.

Try dragging mobs further away before engaging them :) The spire will die more quickly if you have very few wisps, but you can make use of some of the other tricks I shared to increase the HP of the Spire

Been trying this. Still don't know what I'm doing wrong. Just never get any drops. Just get the same 5 or so uniques drop and worthless currency items. Not one divine drop or decent item that can sell for a good amount.

How many Wisps are you getting? And how many maps have you run with what strategy?

@@Lolcohol I think usually around 3 -4k wisps on average if I don't die. I find it hard to get any more than that even with lots of trails and monsters. Not done a huge amount. Probably only 4 or 5 maps so far. Got my atlas tree done. Unsure if to be doing lower or higher tier though. Seen some doing tier 7 and others doing higher tier. Maybe its just people are showing videos of their best drops so I'm expecting too much.

Run more maps and you'll see results :) 3-4k Wisps is so few that many people would skip the map and you're more likely to see the bigger drops around 6+k :)

If the enemies keep coming forever and you don't kill the spire but keep killing the enemies I've noticed they don't drop anything. Anyone else just kept killing the enemies and noticed they spawn forever but drop nothing? If do is there a point where you know that's all the enemies so it's safe to kill the spire?

Yeah it's a bug that sometimes occurs and it seems to happen when it gets stuck in a corner. A way you can tell if it's bugged is to type /kills and see if that number goes up, but usually it's obvious when nothing is giving you experience or dropping any loot :(

Yeah its a pain to keep alive with fulcrum, even if i step away the ignites can spread alll the way back to it. Not seen a stack higher than 5 divines the whole league, juicing the absolute crap out of my maps, full magic find, sextants, scarabs, etc... probably 700 maps so far, my rng is absolute trash.

I would agree that when I was able to get juicy spires they were great. However out of the 18 spires that I have gotten 6 of them suffered from infinitely spawning enemies and were unable to be complete so they dropped effectively nothing. I speced out of abyss and have not looked back yet. Perhaps I will scour the net and see if this is happening less and worth the respec.

There's two little hanging points near the start of the tree that increase ignite duration on enemies (sorta to the right of the Endurance Charge point) that are easy to miss and then also make sure you have a decent roll on your Cloak of Flames! :)

Any tips on trying to do this with penance brand of dissipation? Im thinking I may have to set up a weapon swap just to disable my chest so my brands disappear but I'm not sure how I'll do that yet

If you are using full elemental conversion for it, weapon swapping to cold iron point should be enough. If you are using half physical and half elemental, you could use Voidforge in weapon swap.

Great video, love the relaxed approach. I've been getting a lot of single divines to drop (usually 1-4 per map but from different mobs) so I am really, really wondering how to get these stacks of 5+ from one enemy. I assume it has to do with loot conversion but how is it scaled up? Once I've gotten 4 divs in a stack with other currencies, here I assume this could have been "the big one" IF I had other modifiers going on. Which ones? Would it be quant or rarity?

From memory you should watch sirgog's or palsteron's videos on the subject. I think they did the best job of explaining how the explosions are produced. The biggest component is getting enough whisps while also getting lucky with invisible modifiers on rare monsters

You won’t get those huge div stacks unless you invest MIRRORS into a great MF build. Most players get reg div drops and once in a while a stack

Not sure if this applies to ignite damage or not, but I have been playing caustic arrow of poison, when the spire spawns I just flame dash/dash about 2 screens away and that helps for not killing it apparently dot damage cuts off if you are too far away from the enemy which makes sense.

To not waste scarabs on abyssal depths, just dont run red tier maps as they are area lvl gated. That's why yellow map abyss farming is superior. Easier mobs -> faster clear -> no scarab wasting on possible depths.

A little tip to reduce the load: Sourced from fubguns video - essentially you can go into your sound config and disable the sound effects as you please, as turning it to 0 in game has a big diff from doing it in the config to effectively disable. I went from literally dropping like 1-3 frames per sec to actually being able to play. I'd highly recommend it esp considering how many projectiles and shit are flying out this league, even more so with TS

Absolutely. I'm running it with my str stacking KB deadeye (uses replica alberon's, nimis, and original sin - so can't really fit any MF), and the drops are still incredible when I hit high wisp counts.

Yup you don’t need any MF - most of the real drops come from the wisps ! Beyond - Abyss - enraged - rare corrupted strongboxes for sextants and then gilded abyss , reli, div, ambush for scarabs

I find that keeping the spire alive with headhunter is very annoying. Shroudwalker always teleports you back to the spire so it is challenging to get away from it again quickly before doing damage.
