Bipolar means motor direction may be forward and reverse. Bipolar analog signal may be +/-10V or +/-4-20mA or +32767 to - 32767 etc. By using bipolar signal you can change direction of motor without any additional direction command input. Signal polarity decides the direction

drive k andar 2 PID hote hain ek external reference k liye aur dusra internal regulation k liye internal pid ka gain drive jab autotune hota hai tab apne aap set kar leta hai manually bhi set kar sakte hain.PID ka use speed regulation k liye hota hai gain ka value drive ka response fast ya slow karne k liye hota hai.PID pe mai video banaunga then your all concept will be cleared.. thanks for your question.keep asking it help me to know problems of my subscribers

are you using encoder or without feedback , at high pressure if vfd current reach above current limit it will not increase frequency,so for more speed on high pressure you should use vector control drive with encoder feedback.. please send some more details about your application and problem

if you are using potentiometer then it will have three wire,but if you are using anolog input from plc or any other instruments like 4-20ma or 0-10 v then it will have only 2 wires..

Sir digital input se start and stop wali condition main stop ke liye NC point show kiya gaya hai . Start ke liye NO point use kiya gaya hai jaisa ki normal control circuit main hota hai .

Vaise to drive display pe speed hi dikhata hai,agar kuch aur dikha raha hai to you can change display line settings in parameters called user lines, display parameters etc . This setting is different in all drives . please refer user manual ,if speed is showing in Hz then you have to change speed unit from Hz to RPM.

Pehle 220 volt input ko rectifier laga k DC voltage me convert kar lo.DC voltage utna hi hona chahiye jitna solar panel se aata hai.night me solar ki jagah ye wala dc input me connect kar do.DC voltage ko match karne k liye transformer lagana padega..

transformer k input me 220vac dena hai aur output ko rectifier me dena hai aur rectifier ka output VFD k DC input terminal pe dena hai.but don't forget to use protection devices like MPCB and Fuses..
