I remember when the album first came out. The problem at the time was it wasn't "cool" to like AC/DC. I always did, so I was odd-man out, even getting into fights over my favourite band. Today, they're the biggest act in the world, so who's the loser now?

yea man i was into rap when i was 12 and then someone showed me the dvd acdc live in donington! i was like this is so lame...i was againt the cover and everithing! then i saw the opening track thunderstruck! and it hit me in the balls and brain! instantly! i was blind and now i could see! im 33 now and im still in shock! i want to live that life!.... never could..... but recently i found out acdcs power! i cant belive it! i found out what makes them masters

Iván is ace! great version. this was the first gig I saw at the NEC Birmingham Fly on the wall tour. they opened with fly on the wall. don't think they played this track. they may have played sink the pink. it was so loud. the cannons hurt physically at the end!!

Being a drummer ,the way Simon write approached this song , with the hi hats isn’t the easiest of 8th notes to play in the groove given..you feel like it’s a laid back approach to the hats but all in all ,you have to be more on top of the hats whilst playing to this song ..the hats provide a certain swing Im it’s 8 notes played out in the measure -it’s not as easiest as it seems -rock on 💚💙🙏🤘⚡️😎👍🇦🇺🥁

This may be better than the original version because the original version has Simon Wright drumming and too much reverb. Nothing personal against Simon, but the Rudd-esque drumming here just gives it that little something extra and they don't go so heavy on the reverb. Plus Ivan is like 80s Brian time travelled to the present day.

Reverb* Not distortion, that's something else. They (the Young brothers) cluttered the albums audio with reverb, not much people talk about it but I think the drums sound like shit in that album🤣
