Yea this album is all killer no filler! Every single song rocks! I love Bedlam in Belgium!! 🤘🤘🤘 Anybody that thinks it doesn't is just saying it because they are still upset about Bon.. I am too. He was literally the greatest frontman of all time. He was a real frontman. One that wrote his own lyrics. That's when u know they're gonna be good, and he delivered and then some... But that doesn't mean Brian wasn't the perfect replacement. He was Bon's pic. Bon had seen an liked Brian long before he passed. That's how they got the idea to call him up! So all I'm saying, from one Bon Scott fanatic to another or others, don't let the tragedy of his death ruin this once in a lifetime band for you! These guys are still the best. Even today... Power Up is THE SHIT, and was number 1 for many many months... in 2020... cmon now the boys have made me so proud. Bon would want his true fans to support Brian and their music... and it fucking ROCKS so why not? Lol ✌🖤🤘

@@bramirez3330 , Angus and Malcom have always maintained that they are a "rock and roll band", but I don't know how you can call most of the songs on Back in Black and many other Brian Johnson sung songs as anything other than heavy metal. In the end, heavy metal is a child of rock and roll. It's very easy to slide between the two if you are playing on the heavier side of rock.

I don't know what they did. He was not in tune for damn sure. Instrumentally the song was good but he didn't have the same performance energy and strength as he did on the album. That was awful. Maybe it was late in the show or weariness from traveling. Just awful.

I honestly feel Blow Up Your Video is their worst album to date. The Flick Tour and Fly On The Wall Album/Tour killed it if you ask me and both had Simon Wright on drums. He plays just as tight as Phil, just with a different groove. No need to hate on Simon when he literally left AC/DC to join DIO because the drumming was too static for him.

Brian sounded pretty bad in some gigs in the 80s. I won't lie
@SoloDallasII7 жыл бұрын
No, he sounded the worst on the FOTS tour because he was still trying to sing like he did on BIB and FTATR. By RIR '85, he learned to sing in a different register. Listen to one of the soundboards from '86 or '88 and he sounds much better than here.
@SoloDallasII7 жыл бұрын
Watch the 83 FOTS tour rehearsals or some of the other songs from this show like Back in Black. Brian is straining himself like crazy and is way flat on many notes. he re-learned to sing a lower register by 1985 which is why he sounds better at Rock In Rio 85. You sound like you haven't even listened to his performances from those years because you have it absolutely backwards.
@SoloDallasII7 жыл бұрын
Fair enough, although I still cannot agree. Compare the Flick rehearsals or this 83 concert where Brian is straining and flat, to Johnson City 88, Have a Drink at RIR 85 (that "have a drink" scream at the end is incredible) or Irvine 86, where he is hitting every note effortlessly. Maybe you mean that you don't like the register he changed to in '85. Although in '88 he sounded very similar to the TRE tour...
@bobbybousche79966 жыл бұрын
The guitars aren't tuned that's for sure. He sounds fine. Sounds like just Flick of the Switch
@ACDCSPECIALS6 жыл бұрын
This simply isn't correct. His voice (and perhaps cardio) was simply in top shape at Rio. Nothing else. He sounded like the early 80s because of that, not by doing anything differently. Those 83 rehearsals and these Plug Me In clips - he might have been rehearsing too much. The vocal chords are muscles - use them too much and they'll tire out, which is why you hear Brian losing range in the later parts of each tour. He's not singing any different registers at Rio.
@micaeltrainguyhayes73388 жыл бұрын
The only reasin why simon wwasn't good for acdc was becuase he was trying to sound like rudd way too much
