Commercially speaking it did fail comparitively to most of their albums, but almost every avid AC/DC fan loves this album. Underproduced in just the right way, strong singles, great tone, killer riffs, insane vocals, and sick solos to boot.

It's a decent album with some bangers. It does have plenty of fillers though. I feel like the band was starting to lose some of its integrity around that time. Running low on ideas, firing people left and right... from what I've read, tensions were very high in the AC/DC camp around that time. To be fair, I think their next album, Fly On The Wall, was better.

@MisterSwagify5 жыл бұрын
Because it took 3 takes for Brian to sing this as well as he did. Also it's a bit slow compared to most of the material they played live in the 80s. Fantastic track, but the crowd can't really participate or get into it as much as they can in even other slower songs like The Jack.
@mebeasensei3 жыл бұрын
@@MisterSwagify Brian is not hitting the high note in the Chorus here. Maybe he is saving his voice...but the song would need him to nail that note perfectly in a concert..Maybe he couldn't do it regularly.

It's great to see how diciplined these guys are. When they're not playing they're not playing. A LOT of bands out there can learn from this. Especially guitarplayers. They never shut it up when the band rehearse but just keeps it going to someone pull out the fuse. There's allways some pedals and amps to adjust, and if not they must tune the guitar. And they allways have to do it with the volume turned to 11. Shut the fuck up man! Someone try to say something here.
