Great reaction! There was three shows that made up “The River Plate” with about 67K people at each show. Sadly, this was the last official DVD and concert footage with co-founding member and Angus’ (lead guitarist) older brother and rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young. By this concert (near the end of their Black Ice tour) Malcolm was suffering from worsening symptoms of his Dementia. He has writing credit on their next album “Rock or Bust”, but he did not record or tour for that album. He would loose his battle with Dementia in November 2017. Incidentally, their “Black Ice” tour is the 4th highest grossing tour of all time. Also, AC/DC just released a new album (Pwr Up) that Malcolm has writing credit on as the songs from the album are taken from demos that Angus and Malcolm had written around the time of “Black Ice”. Angus finished the tracks and the album serves as a tribute to Malcolm.

This band is older then I am. And i am 46. I've loved this band since The Razors Edge came out in 1990. They are heavier then most Metal bands today. They are encredibly tight. Heavy as F. And they just released an awesome album a few months ago. That lead singer is 73 and sounds better then most frontman today. There's a reason why they are considered one of the greatest rock/metal bands of all time. And.... Great bands fans actually sing along with the band..... Theres not a bad song on this DVD.

13 minutes in so far and Sherlock and Watson have not figured out the correlation between the inflatable woman and the song. You could she was immediately offended and he just went along and then rather then make the connection she states she'd be worried if she was the drummer if it fell. These are not serious or bright people.
@RequestedNameTaken2 жыл бұрын
My thoughts exactly. Easy correlation if you’re not talking over the video, especially right after some indiscernible crowd lyrics. Pay attention!

It amuses me that a lot of American fans think you must wear specific clothing to go with specific music! One of my favourite videos is Angus Young playing with guns and roses Coachella 2017. Guns and roses in their American rock star uniforms of bling, tattoos, and mismatched clothes. Angus stealing the show in his school uniform!

There had to be 200,000 people in that place. I believe they only used the inflatable for this song, so they may have had the movements programmed in.

I saw them sing this in 1982... this and songs like For Those About to Rock made my ears ring for 3 days. They did not have the Rosie doll though. If you're not familiar with their body of work, just listen to Back in Black... it's one of the best hard rock albums of all time.

I was thinking there were stage hands pulling on ropes attached to the bottom of her foot….Her foot is above the stage, above the amps & stage hands could very easily manipulate her foot out of camera range 🤷🏻♂️

More of an adult bounce house than a mosh pit. Been to 5 ACDC concerts pre-1995 and 3 metallica concerts pre-sandman. There is a huge crowd difference between the two. Listen to The Jack from this concert if you want to see some awesome crowd participation.

I know this is an old post, but l found your comments about Angus Young really offensive. He and Eddie Van Halen are known to be the best guitarists in the world. In case you were not aware the band were in their fifties at this concert and still had more than 300,000 people in Argentina most of whom were young. Please (female) don't make throw away comments about a band you know almost nothing about. Very disrespectful.

This is not a reaction to te song or the performance. You only react to the visuals. our reaction is simply to question the significance of the inflatable. The reason that you don't understand the visuals is that you don't listen to the song, but rather talk over the lyrics constantly. If you listened to the lyrics you would understand that the song is about a plus sized woman called Rosie, why is exceptionally sassy.
