1. Friday games are fine. It's part of the weekend. If people actually wanted to watch high school football, they'd stream it somehow. 2. Coach Cig adds to the value of his team's output, much as Coach Knight used to. Coach Woodson DOES NOT add to the value of his team's output (Big Ten record over 3 seasons is 31-29). Expecting him to do more with better talent is just as silly as expecting Coach Allen to win more games with better talent? Coach Allen was a mediocre football coach (relative to the rest of the Big Ten). Coach Woodson is a mediocre basketball coach (relative to the rest of the Big Ten). Coach Cig should be the template for the type of coach IU is trying to recruit. When you said "You have to be a little crazy to come to IU, given the history of not winning over a long period of time", I was thinking "Is he talking about the football program or the men's basketball program?" For 22 years, the men's basketball team has been mostly mediocre. AD Dolson was allowed to replace the failing football coach, and he did a great job. But when it comes to men's basketball, let's just piss off the "non-real" fans, throw some donor money at the situation and roll out the same old mediocre basketball coach? I'm done with Woodson. And I'm done with men's basketball until he's gone. (I only listened to this episode because you were talking about Football.). Fire Woodson. "Real" fans? Flush him down the toilet.

No he’s not…Woodson has said that. JN feels good and thinks he’s ready to go. IE. See his senior yr when he decided to go back out and play against Dr. recommendations (too early & and he hurt himself even worse). JN hasn’t played in 2 yrs and is biting at the bit to be able to, and rightfully so. But trends show that JN might not be the best evaluator for his own body health. To me that says competitor tho and willing to lay down everything he has for the team…I admire his toughness & dog mentality.

We ain't going to get none of these guys we never do I don't know everybody's getting excited we don't get none of these guys non-zero so I'm not getting myself all hyped up about recruiting cuz we suck at recruiting

I'm not really sure recruiting has been our primary issue ...
