I'm glad that you mentioned how a couple weeks or months isn't enough time to completely overhaul a game. wow thats crazy. What are the chances? I checked games released on 9/11 and out of the 33 that were released (including some of them being the same game on different platforms), only 5 of them were released later than the xbox/gamecube era, and none later than the xbox 360/wii era. The biggest (i think) being Super Mario Maker, released in 2015 on the Wii U.

@@ethanimani As someone who actually makes games, I can tell you that they won't. They are already, technically, in post-production phase during marketing and release phase. They are committed to releasing it. If they delay it a fourth time, however, then it really will not sell and the game will be a fiscal and commercial failure, even if the game itself isn't bad. The problem here is: can they overcome the negative feedback in 2 months and create something that gamers will give a shit about? As a massive AC fangirl, I've literally played every single game, read all the comics and novels, and even wasted the 2 hours of my life on the film... I want AC Shadows. We just have to wait and see.

@@LiannaBabeli i think you’ll have a good time tbh. I’ve always had the opinion of ubisoft games that if u make urself like it than you will like it. They’re good games just poor dialogue and repetitive gameplay. I think the reason the games used to be a success ie ac2 and fc2 is cause they had balls. But modern ubisoft just gets beaten by better games.

What a dumb comment, there is no such thing as a modern incredibly complex game which does not need or could not benefit from patches. That doesn't make it 'unfinished', it is just a FACT of modern development. This isn't the early 00's anymore, we don't have basic PS2-era games anymore that modern devs could make in a month, and if you had a single clue you'd know how limited playtesting is and how it DOESN'T compare to full release.
