I remember going up against him solo in a tank heavy. Hardest AC battle I've ever had. So much autocannon fire....

I got J to come down one time by myself, but was too low on AP to fight him significantly. I didn't know he was this devastating! >_

What weapons were you using? This was my first time trying to bring him down. I forgot I had HUD off with the sniper cannons, it was hard af lmao

@@bottleofrumster1 I remember I was using KE shoulder rockets and dual rifles. The aim wasn't the problem for you, it was that timing. Also you want to be directly in the middle of his path when he approaches. >_

First use laser blades to cut the plane down ( first jump then cut when he flies over, needs good timing) . Use tank and dual auto cannons to rain down bullets after he drops off the plane. This boss should be easy. The Liv and TO-605s are really really much harder than the NWGIXv.

You can also try overed weapons after he drops off plane. The chainsaw should kill him with one hit.

The boss is KE damage weak so Tank auto cannons are recommended

I’ve killed him many times, but I forgot I had my HUD off so landing the sniper cannon shots was a challenge lol

It’s like the only way to do these is with a tank build which sucks and really narrows the gameplay

Not necessarily, but to bring down his first phase, the tank sniper cannons REALY help. Apparently another commenter has brought down his first phase with an LRJ and LAZERBLADES pretty insane

A lot of people were yearning for old fashioned AC combat, but I for once am extremely excited to keep the flair that distinguished NEXT combat. Normals will never feel the same after a drive-by ‘zooka, into a 180, into a sword hit, into sustained chaingun and missile fire, finished off with another dash-slash.
