Funny how Haythem became similar to the very man that he accused Barddock of being, it goes to show that even Haythem could be a hypocrite to his ideals.

According to me, Haytham's motivations were way more principled than Braddock's. Braddock was just selfish and cruel, only in it for himself. Haytham actually believed in the Templar cause, seeing it as necessary for order and stability....even if it meant using harsh methods.

I have always loved the time period of the American Revolution and the 18th century so when I discovered AC3 was set during this time I couldn’t wait to play. But then I was blown away by this character of Haytham Kenway! Charm and sarcasm all rolled into one! You can’t help but fall in love with him!🥹❤️ Adrian’s voice was perfect for Haytham!

Haytham was misguided here i mean who would pick charles lee over there son or sons mother here/conner was right with his actions and his blade here

I don't think he had any real affection for Connor; their relationship was primarily based on blood. In contrast, Charles Lee was more like a son or student to him, as he followed Haytham's values and principles and believed in the Templar cause. Meanwhile, Connor and those he supports sought something entirely different.

⁠​⁠​⁠@@mastergamingaaa Actually Haytham did love and have affection for his son. He just did it behind the scenes when Conor wasn’t looking. Like how he saved his life from getting hanged. When he was falsely accused. It was stated in his diary. Although I think deep down, Conor regrets killing his father, despite their differences and the organizations they follow.
