How many Counties in Texas do the Monthly Test on the First Wednesday of the month and the exact same Testing Pattern as Hennepin County in Minnesota only difference here is there is no pause for a minute in between Alert and Attack Signals

in my county the main town tests the first wednesday but the 2nd biggest town tests the third wednesday

Almost the entirety of north Texas is on the first Wednesday, besides a couple towns like Valley View, Muenster, Wichita Falls, Collinsville, Paris, and some more places. But mostly all of the cities near Dallas and Fort Worth are on the first Wednesday
