I dont think you've understood the issue at all, the translations you have put up are clearly different but the difference between the bible and the quran is that the translations are not the Quran, they are translations.we hold the Quran in its original language without the need for translations and it is clear to all muslims that the translations ate not the Quran. Unfortunately there is no original bible. Also they are showing issues with omitted numbers, differences in ages, differences in the same stories between the bibles.
