Just to be honest ate Joyce Nicole, I am one of your silent fan here and super natutuwa ako kapag may mga bago kang upload na vlog related to work and napanood ko rin yung one on one question and answer portion nyo with ate Guela about sa pagiging part time student, and same as you po ate Joyce, I am working as an ESL Teacher and at the same time I am working as a part timer bc I am still studying po. Super inspired ako every time na nakakapanood ako ng mga vlog mo kase feeling ko nagiging organized buhay ko at the same time na nomomotivate talaga ako. Lately kase medyo nag ooverthink ako sa mga plans ko sa buhay dahil estudyante pa nga ako then medyo dumarating sa point na nalulungkot nalang ako kase bakit ako working student, bakit ganto ako ? I feel so worthless and hindi ko maexpress ang sarili ko kase hindi ko kaya and lalo na't ang course ko ay BA Psychology then every time na may shift ako sa gabi, ngingiti ako sa student ko and then after that balik sa pagiging mag isa (choice ko po) pero iniiisip ko yung sinabi mo sa comment dati (hindi ko tanda yung vlogger pero nakita ko po comment nyo dun na) "being a working student is something to be proud of." kaya super natuwa ako at namotivate. Here in the US I really admire my co workers who are students and they work hard. Parang normal nalang sakanila also cause they have a car to pay off lol I think it's just the way you see yourself I would be so proud of myself if I was still a student and could work at the same time. You're strong and independent that's a plus!

Hi I've been wanting to apply a home based job, I'm currently an incoming 3rd yr college student and we're on a pandemic. Medyo naco confuse pa ako kung ano ba papasukan ko, wether magb BPO ako or ESL. Gusto ko din magka part time job, para na rin maka help sa expenses sa bahay pati na rin savings hehe plus experience na din. Just wanna share my thoughts kase wala akong pagsasabihan. Hii! It depends on your preference sis. BPO jobs will give you a stable salary pero you need to sacrifice your body clock kasi night shift sya lagi plus the fact the you have studies. ESL jobs naman you have the chance to choose any time you want to work but hindi stable yung salary since freelance sya 😊❤️

Hi! Thank you for sharing your videos about your personal experience at ACADSOC and NC. I'm also a college student and working at ACADSOC for more than two years now. And I can say that it helped me a lot financially and it really enhanced my skills at the same time. I just want to know po how NC's penalties work. Unfortunately, one thing that I don't really like about acadsoc, based on my experience are the penalties. I can say that there are times were they are not being fair in giving penalties to the teachers. And as for the rate, well it depends if you are Home-based or Office -based. Pag office based, your admin will decide the rate kasi for example if the TM gives you 110 per hr, your admin will divide it pa let's say 70 sa employee and 40 sa kanya but it's negotiable naman depende sa admin. But anw I really do like this video and naiinspire ako na magwork hard po kagaya mo. I'm also considering to apply at NC na din. Thank you so much Ms.Nicole! Looking forward to your next videos:)
