The lack of practice mode options is probably due to the fact that the prerendered video files take up so much space, coupled with the fact that they preprocess audio for practice mode speeds. 360/PS3 don't have to deal with this as they render the background live, and can do proper tempo stretching without sounding like ass. Dunno about the Wii version.

LocalH Wii version is almost completely feature-perfect compared to HD versions; the only differences are minor restrictions in character customization (custom labels and such IIRC). There are no restrictions in Practice mode on the Wii like on PS2.

This is what I used to play way before I got an Xbox, I even managed to to fc Souls of Black somehow. The practice mode is such a joke.

Just disable frame limiter (F4), go slow speed, and the song will be (close) to full speed. Very ghetto, wouldn't recommend.

That happened to me before with the Xbox 360 version. I had to use my 2014 Xbox for that disc that used to be new and never broke that entire thing. The Xbox I bought in 2018 had an older revision and it was used at $100. Which is why do not ever used the extremely cheaper consoles or the Rock Band 2 disc might not work. It’s weird.
