It's good to hear the Generics have refined their sound. I've been following them since 1991 (John Mortensen was a neighbor of mine). Some years, the group was as many as 17 members, and their sound could be rather muddy in certain arrangements. Downsizing the group clarifies the overall sound and forces each member to bring his best "A" voice to the game! Also, thanks for covering an old song. Some of us college a cappella fans are over 25 and don't listen to today's music...but we sure do love the rock, jazz, and R&B classics.
