The good thing about this group...they maintained an AMAZING sound even when the group members changed. I have seen them many times from 1990 to the present. I am never disapointed. They are great!!

Yeah I think Rodney Britt was a youth minister for a while and when I met him in person his speaking voice was the same as his singing voice. I'm not sure what kinda ministry he was in but I met him in Rochester, MI

Well, this particular video was made in 1987, the group still exists today only with different members. They cycled members in and out over the years giving numerous people a chance to perform and be a part of something. Their music is always religiously themed and always great listening! You should be able to find them through the web, I doubt many music stores carry it. I met the originals back in the mid '80's, the group in this video and they were fantastic!!!

Rodney Britt was/is the real deal. He can crank and he's so resonant that you just sit with you mouth dropped open in disbelief. He talks like this too. When there are no background vocal tracks and it's just plain Rodney singing, you get the same quality and power--a true basso profundo.
