Toyota Hyryder strong hybrid is 3 cylinder engine, Yaris GRSPORT 3 cylinder engine which are very good performance engine becoz of the engineering...... May be this might be a good engineered car.... I have driven same car with 2.5L engine car in ME its a normal car not perfect like Toyota RAV4 or highlander......... If they have launch surprisingly with 30 L also the sales is going to b tough becoz Hyundai alcazar and kia carens will come lesser price with loaded features..... Its not going to be d competitor to fortuner it may compete with alcazar and carens..... But very tough to stay..... Nissan back end team research on indian customers mentality lacks now too..... In terms of mechanically sound car no one can afford such a budget apart from elite people....... They have survived by a low price magnite they should have tried to price 25 L max......

3 cylinder, that too with heavily moded compression ratio involving actuating the crankshaft, more moving parts prone to wear and tear, that too on already crude 3cylinder, this car will be the most unreliable car in the 40L segment.. and monocoque build??..Hell.!!! Recently we witnessed a very highly costly and unimaginable event in the financial capital of Bharath and this cars launch got delayed because of it maybe but I think the makers have forgotten in Bharath there are people who can afford a car but not price. Hopefully whenever you get a chance to go in such events you can discuss with the makers about the pricing too .

The 4th Gen X Trail. I hope the car sales unit crosses above the Teana's mark. People are unable to digest the car because of 3 cylinder, lack of features, high pricing & the car being Underpowered. Xtrail is being compared with other cars like Fortuner, Gloster etc. As always it is easy to comment unless the car is driven. As expected, the 3rd row is pathetic & looks like the car can be considered only as a 5 seater option. Nissan is still lacking behind & not understood the Indian market as good as MG & Kia I strongly agree that the pricing is high for the spec & lack of tech features makes the car outdated for this gen. Within the same price range MG Hector offers more features like Adas, Adaptive cruise control, Traffic jam assist, Collision prevention controls etc. But, this being a CBU unit & it is so obvious that the pricing will be on the higher side as it needs to pass through the import duties & taxes. Hence It makes no sense in comparing with other cars(with similar price range) that are manfactured here. I guess, the quality, fit & finish will be top notch & also feel that the car will create its own niche audience as well.
