sir in Mixed -offer, even though the examiner states that post-acq value per share becomes $2.6, when we divide 5485.53/2000=$2.74 as MV/share. Why is this figure contradicting the figure of $2.6 post-acq value of Opao stated by the examiner? The two figures should be the same, right? It is really strange to see the same co's shares trade at different values, $2.6 Vs. $2.74 at the same time.
