Labour is also an expense. Point here is that we have to see which expense is direct and which is indirect. Labour expense is a direct expense

Company manufactures a product like AC and give some year warranty, In that period there is some technical fault , but company has to incur the expense as it is under warranty period.. The part which is to be replaced will be under indirect material? The technician charges would be indirect labour...? Pls answer if i get it correct or not
