About the wrong realms being open; the symbols only appear once on each ring, so there's going to be a different symbol opposite of the current realm's

In Ignition as well as the Cavern and Lava Micro Episodes, all Teku vehicles have black tires instead of blue. But was probably before Teku were decided to have blue tires.

1:19 isn't really a goof, the wheel always slows you down when you enter a realm. Thats why Vert was going so slow when he entered the swamp realm

Here is one you missed: During Taro's famous 20 minute run in the water realm, the timer is displayed incorrectly, but is then fixed in the next time scene.

Hey, the synkro "gold" neon is not a mistake, look closely when the neon goes by a arrow in the track, in that same escene, the neon changes because of the track color.

Most of the color changes especially with the neon is probably a change done in-between races and well some of it's trivial like the hydro treds
