Hey girl hey!!! A deep dive into number 8 would be amazing! Internal promotions versus moving to a new firm. When negotiating do you give a solid number (eg: 498k per annum), solid percentage (eg: 17,9%) or percentage range (25-40%). Please break down what has worked for you over the past 5 years, as you’ve climbed the corporate ladder. I also love how you encourage being delusional and audacious… What is the biggest percentage increase you’ve received because of your boldness. Is 45-50% ludicrous 😂?? Overall, thank you for the amazing content. You are operating from a frequency of abundance and will always be blessed with more. May your cup continuously overflow.
