Guys this was pure Michel Legrand with that special flavor only Accent can provide. I've always loved his music especially when he collaborated with one of my favorite, Ms. Sara Vaughn. Thanks again for sharing with us.

Bravo, a beautiful performance! This brings me back to my childhood. It is yet another song my parents had on their instrumental records that I didn't even know had lyrics.

wow, c'est juste magnifique ! Je suis tombée amoureuse de vos voix
THIS. IS. FIRE. Love this arrangement!!! You're right - this really IS different from anything else Accent has done yet. The effort James spoke about on Patreon (if you aren't supporting Accent, do it NOW!!) proved well worth it. The French was a VERY nice touch! The inventiveness even extended to the video. Love the trailing and the other video affects!

F**k. I saw Les Parapluies de Cherbourg when it was brand new, must have listened to the album 1000 times. The song never sounded anywhere near this good.

love it! astounding. Did You change anything about the mixing? I somehow was able to follow the individual voices even better than in previous videos. Great work, keep on.
@AccentVocal9 жыл бұрын
+LeoRubensMusic Unlike our most recent releases, we didn't double track this one (except for the short JB/Andrew duet section). We felt a more "raw" sound was the way to go for the feeling and message of the song. Thank you for listening! Guess this means you can transcribe it?
@hipnclassic31019 жыл бұрын
This was, simply, astonishingly good! How do you classify this kind of jazz? What style is it? Experimental? Also, James is rocking the beard!
@AccentVocal9 жыл бұрын
+HipNClassic Thank you! What would you call it? We don't know, either...
@hipnclassic31019 жыл бұрын
Maybe it's more like a blend of certain acapella styles, jazz and otherwise. Either that, or (to my ear) it doesn't follow the Circle of Fifths completely, but I may be wrong there... Nevertheless, I truly enjoyed this arrangement! Keep up the good work!
