Most of the new joiners getting confused with the Accenture WFH reimbursement process.
In this video, I tried to explain everything in detail, so that it might help the new joiners to claim the reimbursement and the procedure to buy the things offline and online, as per accenture terms.

Hello mam, I submitted all the bills and invoices last month. And today its 6th of September but still I don't get the expense and in allsec portal its showing 'No details'. Can anyone help me what to do ?

Generally after 45 days of submitting bills, if they are verification is successful you should get amount, if not getting please go to FAQ section under reimbursement tab, there you find support mail id for reimbursement team, you should mail to them this things, they will help you

Hi I think they don't approve kitchen tables and beds, furniture category means work setup table and chair. But please check in the list of items eligible in the faq's section of reimbursement tab

You can write in two different fields, even you purchased in combo pack, but when uploading bill, you keep it as single bill only, no problem

You need GSTIN, INVOICE payment should be on your name. Person's bank id doesn't matter as far as I know

Its not like last day. You cannot resolve it through people lead intervention. In same reimbursement tab there will FAQ's screen pls refer to that, you will find a support mail ID for queries and concerns. Pls put a mail stating your problem, they will give a solution for this.

Iam sorry that I can't make video on it, like it involves some links which I can't disclose I guess, the easiest way I can suggest is you will be receiving frequent mails to refer your squad, just from the excel, find the relevant role which suits your friend and upload your friend details like experience, technology and upload the resume. If everything is clear like that person doesnt hold any registration before like 6 months, your friend receive call from HR team with in a week. I hope you understand this. I usually just follow this method, besides myreferral portal.

Once you need to connect to the contact person which would be mentioned in the mail, they will have backend access to make the field editable. We cannot do it on our own. Don't worry if there is any urgent action required, they will contact you.

As far as I know, Yes you can take screenshot, transaction number must be visible. But here mandatory is whatever you bought that bill should contain GST and stamp or seal of that vendor

Yes it is accepted. Make sure you are making digital payment from your account and offline vendor should provide GSTIN for purchasing products.

Yes you can buy through online. You can use it as part of reimbursement. It takes almost one to one and half month to get reimbursement amount. If every invoice bill is correct and accurate.

Yes, you can buy with credit card. The transaction statement should contain your Name.

So does that mean a normal bill we get after purchasing an item from the store with the item name, price, store name etc or we need the gst bill which we can claim gst for business purchases?? It should be a bill with GST no Invoice no if possible and vendor name and your name on the bill Items purchased list, You can buy with credit card but the transaction should be on your name Some of them got the 18k amount if they buy for 25k previously, please recheck with any new candidates if possible
