Please choose one specific language whichever easy for you Java or .net or python, then start practicing simple coding questions, Atleast one day one coding question, then in India bix website prepare for aptitude and logical questions, any website you can choose, so this will be good enough for your written test For interviews be prepared with all the basic questions from oops concepts and networking, Microsoft apps related basic questions. In NJO session they will take you through a virtual tour, they will guide you all policies, regarding learning portal competencies, compensation plan lot more things will be covered. Make sure you are not failing to attend NJO session.

You can convey same to them, you will be having one session or meeting arranged regarding documents verification, at that time, you can convey the issue, they will suggest you some alternative to the document

If you are good at programming skills like data structures and algorithms better try for product based companies like Amazon, Microsoft....etc rather than Service based companies like Accenture, but based on your telling, I suggest you to go with some product based start up companies, because there will be no bench concept there, you will be learning a lot.

It's for your salary related reimbursements if any you need to claim as reimbursement, then you need to submit proper bills. It even have time slot to do this process.

When 3 to 4 projects want to tag you to their project, then hardlock mail will be sent to you, it's just like you are confirmed to one of the projects, once you are hardlocked other projects cannot take you to their projects.

Once you try to keep mail to them inside mail they will give you one mail id for any issues related.. that way, keep mail to the team, that's the only way as far as I know, because once order is a placed it can't be edited.
