Hi, I received an offer letter immediately after my HR round on 10 March. Over the call we discussed the joining date as mid of May post my notice period and she agreed to. But in the offer letter she has mentioned 16-March. I asked the HR to change the date as discussed before, and she said yes. I don’t think you left Accenture because of hr response problem, it was because you got better offer from other company. Your move was correct. But if you changed it because of HR nature, I think the move was wrong. Why? - your role should have attracted you more than the recruiter behaviour... Your compensation should have attracted you more than the recruiter behaviour… I know it’s not that cool to talk about money.
