They told me we will update your college name in the list and we will get back to you . Its been 15 to 20 days for this process and i am losing my patience day by day .

Most of the BGV will completed within 14 working days from the date of data submition. Nobody will tell you to resign in immediate basis if BGV fails, insted they will inform the reason and to provide more trustful document within 20-30 days , and if you cant submit the trutful document within the allowed time they will either cancel your employment or ask you to resign

Madam please help ....I am having problem in UAN ........First I joined 'A' company in 12th August 2018 , it was a small company & no PF ....I not had more work .....in between after 2 months that is 16th October 2018 , I joined a small company ' B ' just to do part time work - bcoz work was less ......& I informed this to Company 'A' & I worked both in Company A & company B as parttime.....but this company 'B' had PF & they created my UAN ....but after some time in February 2019 , I left company 'B' due to some office issues & I not got any relieve or experience letter .....then I continued my work in Company 'A' as usual .....I left this company 'A' in March 2023 ......& now I am joining a new big MNC .....these both companies A & B overlap for some months & it's kind of dual job which I was not aware of .......But my company 'A' has no PF , but company 'B' had PF & created my UAN.....I not mentioned company 'B' details in resume bcoz it was just for 4 months & I not got relieve or experience letter of company B......Will this be a problem in background verification when I am joining new big MNC ?? Hello mam, I would like to clarify a situation in my past I had absconded from an MNC where I worked for 5 months and joined another company that required an immediate joiner. After leaving, I received emails from the MNC to clear outstanding dues, which I paid, and they issued me a relieving letter. However, the dates on the relieving letter overlapped with my previous employer's records by one month, and this overlap is also reflected in my UAN. I tried to resolve this with MNC at the time but received no response. This happened 4 years ago, and now I am working with MNC. I'm worried that they will discover this and terminate me. I feel extremely stressed due to this situation, especially because I have a home loan and family responsibilities, and I’m not sure how to handle it.

Hi mam, on July 2024 I got one offer from Accenture. The bgv is started on July only and all the live verification of my bank statement for my previous company is done by them at that time. After that till 9 oct 2024. There was no communication by them no phone no email. On 9th October 2024 it was my last working day and late evening I received call from Accenture HR saying that I have not cleared the BGV. Because of this we can not proceed with your candidature. I tried to convince them and offered them to check with me again. But they didn't agree. I decided to continue with my current company TCS. Today on 11th October 2024. Again I received one call from Accenture. Now they are telling you can join Accenture immediately. What is this? I can not expect this from big IT company like Accenture.

Hello this same thing is happening with me and I already left my previous organization and now I don't know what to do as they also provide me accomodation and I travel far from Gujarat to Noida for this job and at onboarding day they are saying you not cleared the BGV so we are decline.

I got selected in Accenture for 3 year experience but in 2021-2023, I did masters which is also full time I was working from 6pm to 3am and attending college 10am to 5pm for like 7.5 months now it's collapsing with work experience both are full time , I what can I do, I have all original proof, Everything is genuine, does it will create issue in bgv please reply

Hi mam, I worked in a company for 9 yrs and i do have reliving letter payslips etc. Similarly in b company for 2 yrs and i releived with experience letter etc etc. Ten started to work in c company and worked only for 8 days and due to personal reasons i resigned the organization. However In UAN the member id has been created for c company. After that i got the opportunity in d company and its been close to 7 months i m working. Now i got opportunity in e company and its a reputed one and they are performing bgv. My question is whether they ll ask me to produce relieving letter for company c by checking UAN member id. ?????

Hi, I have one doubt, I've work experience from 2019 to till now. I have all the proper experience relieving letter for these 5 years, but in 2017 after finishing the college I did two jobs for survival, I didn't even have the knowledge or aware of leaving proper. Now the all the companies are using EPFO bgv in that service history those two jobs are visible. I've requested those companies they're not even responding because I didn't work more minimum 6 months. Is there any idea/solution/advice

Maine resign kia tha 22nd feb, ushke baad next day se office nei gaya. Mujhe 3 months ka salary denapada company ko and ushke baad mujhe relieving letter mila and relieving date 18th March kar dia. Mera PF portal pe overlapping issue show kar raha hai Kiu ki maine 23rdFeb se dushra company join kia tha. Maine bola tha relieving letter pe last Working day 22nd feb karo Kiu ki maine 23rd feb se office nei Gaya and mujhe 22nd feb Tak hi salary mila tha. But wo log update nei kar raha hai. Abhi Mai kya karu please help me. Aagar me future me Aur ek dushra company join karu toh wo toh dekhega ki mera service history me overlapping hai. Abhi mai kya karu ? Aagar offer letter aatak jaye toh ? Please help me.
