There is a portal on which you can apply for location change. You don't need anyone's permission for it.

25 days back, they offered us a new role..Network operations associate. And they told that everyone who opted for this role will get an early onboarding opportunity. They will onboard everyone opted for this role before end of July. And still I have not yet received the new offer letter. SASA offer letter is alrdy in hand...bt as I have opted for the new role, my old offer letter is invalid. Idk what to do. Idk hw long I have to wait. Anyone have any info regarding this?

If you have already onboarded to mindtree then you need to resign and serve notice period if you want to join Accenture. If that is possible and the acc offer has doj that far, you can do so
