My Doj is also on Nov 27th I dealt with the same problem, So I mailed the issue, I mailed like 4- 5 times and got my primers 2 days ago. Do mail this issue to the mail ID provided and you will get the primers. Best of luck!❤

Yeah, if you cant complete its okay. There is nothing related to qualifying. Qualifying depends on your score only.
